Kitchen display
The Kitchen Display (KDS) shows the kitchen exactly what to cook, in order, the moment staff send it. Prefer paper? FoodFlow can print a ticket for each order too.
On the screen
- Open Kitchen on a screen or tablet in the kitchen.
- Each order appears as a card as soon as it’s sent from the POS or a QR order. Only fired items show — nothing a waiter is still building.
- Mark items or whole tickets done as you cook; cleared tickets leave the screen.
A screen with no main login
You can open the kitchen on a dedicated device using a kitchen link so the screen shows only the KDS — no access to the rest of your account. Find it in Settings / Stations.
Print kitchen tickets
If your kitchen runs on paper, connect a printer and FoodFlow can auto-print a ticket each time staff send an order. Newly-added items are flagged so the kitchen sees what’s new on a second round.
Set your paper width and printer under Settings and Stations. You can also re-print any ticket from an order.
