Pick whatever fits how you run: a simple monthly plan, or prepaid open-days you only spend on days you actually trade. No lock-in either way.

Your free trial

Every new restaurant starts on a free trial — full access, no card required. When it ends, choose a monthly plan or buy open-days to keep going. Your data is always safe in the meantime.

Two ways to pay

  • Monthly plan — one price a month, renews automatically. Best if you’re open most days.
  • Open-days (pay-as-you-go) — buy a pack of days up front and one is used only on a day you actually take an order. Perfect for shops that don’t open every day.
An open-day is spent the first time you take a real order that day — and only once per day, no matter how much you sell. Quiet or closed days cost nothing.

Which plan

  • Standard — everything in FoodFlow for a single branch, with unlimited staff.
  • Multi-branch — up to five branches under one account, each with its own menu, staff, and reports.

Every feature is included on both plans — the only difference is how many branches you run. Running more than five? Use the Contact us link and we’ll sort it out.

Monthly or yearly

Pay monthly, or switch to yearly on the Billing page and get two months free — you pay for ten months and get twelve. You can change between monthly and yearly whenever you like.

How open-days work

  1. Buy a pack from Billing — bigger packs cost less per day.
  2. Days are used oldest-first, and each pack has an expiry, so buy roughly what you’ll use.
  3. Your balance and the next expiry date are always shown on the Billing page, and we email you before days expire.

How to pay

  • Card — pay online for a plan or a day-pack; it’s active right away.
  • PromptPay QR — scan to pay online for a day-pack.
  • Bank transfer — transfer and upload your slip; we confirm and activate it. Available for plans and packs.

What happens if you don’t renew

If a plan lapses or you run out of open-days, the app locks to billing until you top up — but your menu, orders, staff, and reports are never deleted. Renew or buy days and you’re straight back in.

Receipts & history

Every payment — card, PromptPay, or bank transfer — is listed in your payment history on the Billing page. Only the owner can see and manage billing.
