Getting started

FoodFlow runs your whole restaurant — orders, kitchen, staff, payments, and reports — in the browser, on any device. Here’s how to go from sign-up to your first order.

1. Create your account and restaurant

  1. Sign up with your email (or Continue with Google) and choose a strong password.
  2. Enter your restaurant’s name — this creates your workspace. You start on a free trial, no card required.
  3. You’re taken to the Dashboard, your home base for everything below.
Everything works in Thai and English out of the box — switch language any time from the top bar.

2. Build your menu

Add a few categories (e.g. Rice, Noodles, Drinks) and the dishes under each, with prices and optional photos. This is what your staff tap to take orders and what shows on your public page. See the menu guide.

3. Set up your floor (optional)

If you have dine-in tables, add them under Tables so orders attach to the right seat. Skip this if you only do takeaway or delivery.

4. Take your first order

Open POS, pick a table (or start a takeaway order), tap dishes to add them, send them to the kitchen, then take payment when the guest is done. Full walkthrough in the POS guide.

5. Invite your team

Add cashiers, waiters, and kitchen staff under Staff, each with the right access. New staff can rehearse safely in Training mode before a real shift — it looks like the real POS but never creates real orders. See Staff & roles.
