Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FoodFlow — the restaurant point-of-sale and management platform provided at this website and its related applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the restaurant business you represent.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by staff members you invite. Owners and managers control staff access and roles; removing a staff member revokes their access immediately.

2. Subscriptions and billing

FoodFlow offers a free trial followed by paid subscription packages billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Payments you take from your customers

The Service helps you record sales and, where configured, display PromptPay QR codes so your customers can pay you directly. Those funds flow between you and your customers (or your bank / payment provider) — FoodFlow is not a party to those transactions, does not hold your funds, and is not responsible for their settlement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, taxes, and receipts, and for complying with the tax laws that apply to your business.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the Service — menus, orders, inventory, staff records, and customer information. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that data in order to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other tenants’ data, reverse engineering the platform, using it for unlawful activity, or reselling it without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and fast, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change, or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodFlow’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. After termination we retain data only as described in the Privacy Policy, then delete it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
